This policy covers candidates, employees, and administrators who use career.paybrook.tech to browse jobs, apply for roles, or manage the recruitment process.
Information we collect
When you register as a candidate, we collect your name, email, phone number, and password. As you build your profile or apply for roles, you may add a resume, cover letter, bio, education, skills, certifications, and links (LinkedIn, GitHub, portfolio). Employee and admin accounts store similar profile details used for internal HR purposes. If you sign in with Google, LinkedIn, or GitHub, we receive the basic profile information those providers share with us.
How we use your information
We use this information to operate the recruitment process: showing your profile and resume to hiring teams, tracking your application through stages (applied, screening, interview, offer, hired), scheduling interviews, and letting you sign in and manage your applications from your dashboard.
Where your information is stored
Your account and application data is stored in Paybrook's own database and is not sold or shared with third-party advertisers. Uploaded files (resumes, photos) are stored on our servers and are only accessible to you and authorized Paybrook staff reviewing applications.
